I am starting to think it might not even be the drivers that are the problem, but I don't know where else to look for issues. I am at a loss now, and I don't know what else to try. I then tried to reset the PC, keeping personal files, using Windows Troubleshooting, but the problem still persists. After looking online, I came across someone found a fix using a couple of commands to repair Windows Update and checking for corrupted Windows system files (see Windows Update Commands below), however, the tool reported there was no issues with any files. I then attempted to use CCleaner to clean the registry, but the same drivers are still being loaded multiple times. I then tried deleting and reinstalling the driver, but that didn't work either, so I ran start up repair, however, this failed and the log doesn't point to any cause of the failure (see Start-up Repair Log below). As it was a boot issue the first thing I did was turn on boot logging (see Boot Log below) where I noticed there was multiple drivers being loaded multiple times, so I attempted to updating all the drivers to no avail. Over the last or so my computer has become very slow to boot and I am unsure how to fix the issue.
